We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team in Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (our development team in Sofia, Bulgaria, and our commercial team in The Hague) to design and optimize the user experience for our digital products. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions specific to the gifting industry. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences. Develop and maintain design documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows tailored to our unique product offerings. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital platforms through the application of design systems and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our designs. Incorporate feedback from users to improve and iterate on designs. Advocate for sustainable and eco-friendly design practices. Functie-eisen 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with experience in e-commerce or a related industry. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and/or InVision Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
