As a Functional Application Manager you will provide business value through day-to-day Operations, Maintenance, Security and Project delivery related to the BMW FS application landscape, in collaboration with external partners (local and global), based on common ITIL processes & methodology. Other information: You will work 40 hours and your position is based in Breda. You are part of an DevOps team and work at least 2 days per week from the Breda office. Guideline rate €70-€80 Only English resumes in Word format Functie eisen What do you offer and take forward? Service Management activities covering all aspects of BMW FS application landscape; Drives the standardization and harmonization of global infrastructure services within BMW FS. Acts as a single point of contact for internal escalations; Manages SLAs and reports achievement/ improvement/ initiatives; Manages basic ITIL processes as: Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement, making sure relevant documentation (including playbooks) are kept up to date by company's partners. Oversees the planning and execution of activities for critical systems; Have thorough knowledge and experience in cloud technologies, deployment models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS); Proven track record of driving MVP implementations in a technical multi-tiered environment within a large corporate enterprise; Experience with relevant standards and frameworks; Good communication skills with peers, product owners, feature teams, architects and stakeholders; Eager to solve complex problems with innovative solutions in a structured and organized approach; Proficient in Dutch and business English, both in writing and speaking. German is an advantage; Creative, results oriented, pro-active, self-steering, cooperative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
