The ideal candidate should have experience with Agile/Scrum Project management methods & JIRA as an application and possesses an understanding of supply chain planning applications. Key responsibilities include project management, overseeing all stages of testing, designing and coordinating training programs, and managing the deployment of the OMP system across the organization. The candidate will work closely with the IRIS core project team and regional Deployment leads to ensure minimal disruption to operations during the configuration and rollout phase. They will also be responsible for ensuring that testing aligns with the Sprint Plan and Agile practices, and that training programs effectively educate future users and stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will utilize JIRA to track project progress, manage tasks, and resolve issues, ensuring all project activities are documented and monitored. Stakeholder communication is crucial, as the candidate will act as the primary point of contact for all business and IT stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
