Do you want to help Rabobank fuel its strategy with data and improve our data so we can make the best data-driven decisions? As a Data Management Consultant Financial Economic Crime (FEC), you will implement Data management for FEC within Rabobank. You will work closely with Model Owners, Report owners, and Data producers to set Data Requirements, define Data Quality requirements, and translate them into automated controls. You will take proactive actions when data quality is below expectations and provide advice on the correct use of data in various projects. Educating data model squads on data management and representing FEC towards the Rabobank Global Data Management Office will be part of your responsibilities. You will interact with stakeholders to identify regulatory and business requirements, aiming to digitize and innovate FEC to protect society, customers, and our bank. You will work in a highly regulatory environment, using your creativity to achieve results. Your role will involve collaborating with Areas and FEC Business Lines to implement data management standards and procedures, working with model developers and data engineering squads to clarify data quality requirements, and participating in working groups to advise the global data management office. You will be responsible for setting up and operationalizing the data management framework within FEC, identifying data quality monitoring requirements, and analyzing and solving data quality issues in cooperation with product owners and business analysts.
