Over deze opdracht BMW Financial Services Nederland B.V., operating as Alphabet, is a leading provider of Business Mobility in Europe, Australia and China. As such, it enables companies to manage their corporate mobility in an economical and sustainable way. Founded in 1997 as a division of BMW Group, Alphabet has extensive knowledge of international fleet management and leasing. A significant part of the IT Department is located in Breda from where IT Services are developed and provided for various BMW entities and the European market. In this role you will be working in a local Agile Development team that collaborate with different international teams of highly qualified staff. Who are we looking for? As an experienced senior level Java Fullstack Developer, with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience, you will design, build and deliver the enhancements and the 3rd level support for internally developed applications. As a developer you’ll work full time 40 hours and your position is based in Breda. You are part of an Agile Development team and work at least 2 days per week from the Breda office. The Agile Development team invests the majority of their time in back end development, the same will be expected from you. Functie eisen What do you offer? In-depth Java solution design and programming (frontend) experience, Maven, REST, Selenium, IntelliJ; Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and preferably Azure and Quarkus; Have thorough knowledge and experience in cloud technologies, deployment models (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS); Experience with CI/CD processes and tools, specifically Tekton, ArgoCD, GitHub, Nexus and Sonar; Experience with Angular, Typescript/JavaScript, RxJS and having used one or more state management libraries is a big plus (NgRx or NgXs), having used Nx is another plus; Proven track record of driving MVP implementations in a technical multi-tiered environment within a large corporate enterprise; Experience with relevant standards and frameworks; Good communication skills with peers, product owners, feature teams, architects and stakeholders; Eager to solve complex problems with innovative solutions in a structured and organized approach; Creative, results oriented, self-steering, pro-active, cooperative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience working in corporate & regulated environment; Work experience in The Netherlands and speaking Dutch fluently is a requirement; Proficient in business English, both in writing and speaking.
