Team Context You will be part of the Mechatronic Development Cluster Hardware Department within the IGT Fixed Systems R&D organization. This department is composed of an open, multicultural team focusing on both lifecycle management (LCM) and new product development (PDLM). Key Responsibilities - Implement and uphold Hybrid Model standards within the Agile team. - Share knowledge and directly resolve issues within the team. - Serve as the lean/agile process authority for the Scrum team and its stakeholders. - Protect the team's ability to operate as a self-organizing unit. - Coach and influence the team and stakeholders to achieve goals, solve problems, and remove impediments. - Ensure delivery according to PI Planning Event commitments and maintain iteration predictability and PI predictability. - Facilitate all Agile team ceremonies. - Maintain high data quality in Backlog Management Tools from the team’s perspective. - Monitor team velocity, quality metrics, self-assessments, and predictability to support iteration and PI planning. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance.
