Cloud Technical Architect

• Strong experience in Cloud Architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
• Strong understanding of connectivity, routing, DNS, latency and hybrid architectures
• Experience with cloud migration strategies: rehost, replatform and refactor
• Experience working with complex enterprise IT environments, including SAP, legacy systems and integrations
• Knowledge of cloud security and compliance, including IAM, data residency and data sovereignty
• Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to different audiences
• Confidence in leading technical discussions and decision-making
• Constructive approach to challenging assumptions while maintaining strong relationships
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams
• Hands-on contribution to implementation and delivery, rather than a purely conceptual architecture role

T-Systems zoekt een ervaren Cloud Technical Architect voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van veilige, schaalbare cloudoplossingen.

Je werkt binnen de T-Systems Public Cloud-omgeving en vertaalt bedrijfsbehoeften naar technische architecturen.

De rol omvat cloudplatformen, networking, security, migratie en kostenoptimalisatie.

Je ontwerpt end-to-end cloudarchitecturen, landing zones en herbruikbare architectuurpatronen.

Je adviseert klanten over platformkeuzes, risico's, kosten en time-to-market.

Daarnaast leid je technische gesprekken met stakeholders op C-level en engineeringniveau.

Je bewaakt security-, compliance- en performancevereisten.

Je ondersteunt migratiestrategieën zoals rehost, replatform en refactor.

Ook ontwerp je integraties met on-premise- en hybride IT-omgevingen.

De opdracht beslaat de volledige lifecycle, van strategie en architectuur tot implementatie.

TCP/IP en networking vormen een kritieke basisvereiste.

Ervaring met IaaS, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes en publieke cloudplatformen is vereist.

Je hebt ervaring met complexe enterpriseomgevingen, SAP, legacy-systemen en integraties.

Verder zijn kennis van cloudsecurity, compliance, IAM en FinOps belangrijk.

Je bent een hands-on architect die strategie vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen.

Je neemt eigenaarschap, initieert verbeteringen en stuurt technische besluitvorming.

Je communiceert effectief met zowel zakelijke als technische doelgroepen.

De functie is nadrukkelijk geen uitsluitend conceptuele of theoretische architectuurrol.

Standplaats is Utrecht en de inzet bedraagt 40 uur per week.
