• 3+ years’ experience as Business Developer, Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Experience with IT onboarding and supplier-managed solutions
• Knowledge of risk assessments, security requirements and go-live readiness
• Ability to translate requirements and controls into clear plans and work items
• Experience within ABN AMRO and affinity with facility technology
• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Ownership, execution excellence and a strong delivery mindset
• Proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented
• Quickly creates structure in complex assignments

The Workplace Management IT Team is looking for an experienced Business Developer.

You coordinate the onboarding and implementation of IT solutions and network-connected facility devices supporting Homebase.

You assess the scope and impact of proposed solutions.

You identify applicable governance and onboarding processes.

You bring together the required subject-matter experts.

You translate input into clear and executable delivery plans.

You manage decisions, dependencies, risks, evidence and ownership.

The assignment includes coordinating risk and compliance activities.

This includes Change Risk Assessments and AI governance activities where applicable.

You work closely with the Product Owner, WMIT team, internal IT functions and suppliers.

You also collaborate with Workplace Management stakeholders.

You maintain momentum and escalate impediments.

You ensure documentation and solutions are ready for agreed Homebase milestones.

Expected results include clear scope and stakeholder overviews.

Further results are an agreed onboarding approach and completed assessments.

Requirements and controls must be translated into actionable work items.

Progress, risks and decisions must be transparently reported.

Documentation, approvals and go-live readiness must be complete before the deadline.
