- Strong Python software engineering skills, including design patterns, packaging, and coding best practices
- Strong Azure knowledge, including networking and IAM / Entra ID
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment strategies
- Knowledge of Kubernetes reliability engineering, observability, scalability, and availability
- Experience with ML lifecycle, MLOps, LLMOps, Generative AI, AI Agents, and RAG
- Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, security, governance, and architecture
- Strong systems-thinking, communication, collaboration, and developer experience mindset

Join the MAAP team to architect and build AI platform services that enable enterprise-wide AI development. You'll define AI architecture standards, translate emerging AI patterns into reusable capabilities, and develop SDKs, templates, and reference implementations. Design cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with architecture, security, and governance teams to ensure scalable, secure, compliant AI solutions.
