• University degree
• Three years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications
• At least three years of hands-on Kubernetes operations experience
• Experience operating SUSE RKE2 Kubernetes distributions
• Experience with monitoring, logging, repositories, ingress, CNI, and backup tooling
• NATO Secret security clearance
• Full-time on-site work in Brussels, Belgium

• Experience in international environment with military and civilian personnel
• Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT

Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters, monitoring health and alerts daily. Manage cluster components including CNI, CSI, ingress, metrics server, CoreDNS, Prometheus, Grafana, logging stack, Cilium, ArgoCD GitOps, cert-manager, and backup tooling. Perform maintenance and security work including patching, upgrades, certificate rotation, secrets and RBAC management, and vulnerability remediation. Support backup operations using Commvault, Velero, or K10. Produce monthly deliverables including health, security, capacity, and incident reports. Coordinate with team through regular meetings and knowledge sharing.
